Production

There are two production units within our factory in Västervik: The Maker production, where different backings (most common is paper, cloth, and polyester) are coated with different types of grains. The grain is coated with the help of an electrostatic strewing machine for best possible grit position and is fixed with a minimum of two layers of bond. The bond consists of various types of glue and resin.

We currently manufacture and carry over 300 standard products. In addition, we also manufacture many various special products, often built to customer specifications based on their unique applications.

We can even print your company logo on the backing. From the Maker, the jumbo rolls are delivered to customers and partners (converters) throughout the world for further finishing and sales.

Our second production unit is Manufacturing Converted Products. Here we mainly produce tool forms such as belts, sheets, discs, and rolls in various dimensions.

We carry a large amount of standard products in stock, so that you don’t have to. We also offer quick production and delivery time to customer’s specifications.
